Arteccentrix has been working with the National Gallery Of The Cayman Islands to produce a series of reproductions from the NGCI collection.
To coincide with the opening of the new National Gallery building the first poster prints featuring selected works of artists including Carol Owen, Jan Barwick, Charles Long, Joanne Sibley and Janet Walker were approved and completed.
The posters measure 16 x 20 and can be purchased only at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands. They make a great memento of your visit to the gallery and indeed to the the Cayman Islands.
We are extremely happy to have worked on this project with the staff at NGCI and are still working with them to bring more quality products online in the months ahead.
The idea for a new range of poster prints had been something that we had been considering for some time and when the NGCI contacted us to see if we could produce a series of posters specifically for them, it was the catalyst for us to work on the new format. It was very satisfying to see the end product after several weeks of experimentation with a variety of substrates.
As a result a variation of this new product line will eventually be made available through Arteccentrix initially featuring a selection of Nickola McCoy’s own paintings. Availability and other possible outlets for these are yet to be announced. We will also be offering similar poster prints to other artists and wholesale/retail customers as another alternative to our existing fine art giclees on paper and canvas.
We feel that this affordable but quality option is a great addition to our fine art printing services which for the past four years has concentrated on producing paper and canvas reproductions of museum quality.
